The Future of Clinical Trials: Data MATRIX presents
The first part of the event was dedicated to the eClinical solutions. Data MATRIX CEO Ivan Dobromyslov presented a review of clinical trial solutions development, and spoke about the influence of current regulatory and management requirements on the products. He also analyzed special aspects of patient-centric research, described new opportunities of trials with mobile devices and specificity of projects with big databases.
Data MATRIX COO Kristina Leus demonstrated leading the project through the MATRIX CTMS at all stages: creating project, team setting, investigational sites selection, creating and deploying eCRF, prosecuting the product in Pharmacovigilance module, working with budget, tasks planning and completion control.
In the second part of the meeting, the leading industry biostatisticians shared their experience of working with clinical trial software. Director Statistical Analytics Oncolology Clinical Development Pfizer Dmitry Pavlov presented new trends in early clinical trials. Federal Research and Clinical Center of Physical-Chemical Medicine Biostatistician Irina Bondareva gave a detailed presentation of programs for clinical data analysis, validation and some specific products as a software for sample size determination, adaptive design, modeling, pharmacokinetick analysis, etc.
